Under the black light, I see the green UV dye on the connectors (top A/C tube on driver side). When they charged UV dye in a A/C system, does it come out at the weekest point or all leaking points? Could I just tighten those bolts or do I have to replace the o-ring and the tube?

I have charged this system three times now with R12 and it is getting very annoying. When I got the car, A/C did not work. Paid $90 for 2 lb of R12 and labor and it lasted about 4 months. Charged again with little R12 and UV dye and it lasted about two weeks. Found the low side O-ring was leaking. Paid $200 to have connector as well as the manifold rings replaced, vacuumed, and charged R12 again. It was ice cold for about 4 weeks and now this.
