When I turn my A/C on Max, it blows perfect for about 3 minutes then I hear that vacuum pod make a loud popping sound and air is only coming through side vents.

So when I turn my A/C off, it stays on and does NOT shut off whatsoever for about 45 seconds then FINALLY shuts off. It’s really strange?? I replaced the vacuum pods with OEM ones about 2 years ago and it still has this issue..

Sounds like a vacuum leak to me. Even if the pods are good there could be a leak at an elbow or in the switching valve on the right side of the trans tunnel.

That sure is strange about the A/C not turning off, though. Climate control unit messed up? Have you experimented with pressing some of the other buttons when the problem is happening? Like, what happens when you press the '0" button? That should turn the whole system off.
