Last winter my heater stopped blowing air a couple of times and now this year it is not blowing air at all. Can anyone tell me what is wrong? Is it the blower motor? Or maybe the blower motor regulator?

Check with a dealer and confirm that your fan regulator is a separate part number. If that is the case --------yes that is where I would start. Although you indicated the fan did work, I would still also check the fuses. Enjoy the holidays.

Check the stickies; it's pretty easy to drop the fan and you can test it directly. That said, I can't recall hearing of a blower motor failing, so the regulator seems a likely culprit.

Regulator is probably toast.
Do a search on this site. There are a lot of money saving tips, since the Stealership wants to sell you the entire fan assy with reg on it. Not necessary, and the reg should cost ~$110.oo, not $500+ like the dealer would charge (for part alone).

It's a cut splice from a different model Benz, and works fine. When working it will BLOW YOUR HAT OFF!
