Can only get a small amount of heat to blow out of the front under dash vents. Set the controls to blow into cabin and closed the dash vents, but still not a lot of air coming to the floor. Is this standard with the V class?

This seems to be standard (mine is the same)I think it's because they have re-routed air that would normally go to the lower vents into the back without uprating the blower motor.

I justed to have this problem.

There is a pollen filter installed underneath the dashboard, (in the middle) it is hard to get to, but worth the effort.

Remove the middle-console and the black plastic coverguards (where your feet are)...

If you buy a pollen filter, it has a small instruction manual, which points out where it is located and how to remove it.

Once replaced, you will be surprised.. (well I was)..

Hope this has helped.
