My 320 drivers side door will not open from the outside. Inside works fine. Outside handle has spring tension, but does not "grab or click" when I pull it open. I took off the interior panel but can't really see up behind the door frame at the location of the outside handle. I suspect that some part needs replacing. Would this be an actuator or something else. I need a proper name of the part so I can order it.
