Greetings all,

Seeking a comprehensive diagram for this lovely 300D. All systems would be awesome! The lines definitely need replacement. Also it seems there are 2, possibly 3 different diameter lines(at least in the engine compartment. If anyone has that tasty tidbit of info I'd appreciate it. I've looked around the internet and found some things, but very piece meal, and limited info.

I appreciate your time

Attached a photo. Some questions
1. The 3 relay valves with red arrows pointing at them. What is each ones function per location? I ordered one not realizing there are three so I know the potential function. I'd like to know what each one represents.

2. The relay with the purple dot on it the bottom vacuum line is plugged up with a golf tee. Yup it is. Where/what is it supposed to connect to?

3. What are the two parts with the green arrows pointing at them?

I have found a few schematics, but they don't really have much info, or really look like my cars vacuum system.

I appreciate any help.

Plinker,

Thank you for the insight. I discovered under the air box is the second vacuum transducer.
Unfortunately the vacuum line pathways have been altered. Which leads me to believe the transducer valve with the golf tee in it may malfunctioning or bad. Good thing I got one new one. I'm a bit cautious about opening this can of worms...

Why not do the vacuum transducer by pass? I did the GSXR Turbo Wastegate Actuator swap on my car. Doing so got rid of the vacuum mess and the EGR. You can do a search on Peachparts.com/diesel discussion. Look for the OM602 Turbo Wastegate Actuator Swap thread.
