That video clip doesn't really tell a whole lot, but a likely noise area other than timing chain & guides is lifter noise.

Suggest you drain the oil, and then refill with ATF andrun the engine at idle (only) using ATF for about 20-30 minutes. Drain oil again, replace filter and refill with 15W-40 dinosaur oil and see if the noise changes.

Do NOT drive the engine with only ATF fluid in the engine.

I would also replace the fuel filter as it is likely clogged with gunk due to the fuel going stale.

The noise was the main fan rubbing on the radiator. It doesnt run, I mis-spoke, it fires up then stalls immediately. I found that the ground wire from the top wiring harness was in shambles, spliced and replaced it. Still not starting.

Put in a new fuel filter and verified that gas goes to fuel rail. Theres spark, as it fires up with starter fluid.

I'm guessing the problem is with the injectors. Does the ezl or lh module control the injectors? Also where is the LH module located in the car?

LH module is located inside the electronics box on the passenger side firewall.

Remove and check all modules and verify the blade fuses in the base module are good..

Without good solid wiring, troubleshooting is going to be next to impossible. Also make sure alll the engine ground straps are intact

Fan rubbing on the radiaor is usually a sign of collapsed engine & trans mounts.. Replace mounts to maintain proper driveline angle.

The car was in a front end collision and core support is recessed. I pulled it back to where the hood would close before installing fan and rad. Now after installation i need to make minor corrections for fan not to rub.

The larger problem is the engine not starting. I've read that the if crankshaft sensor fails the engine wont start. Is this is a good place to look for cause?
