I got my hands on a perfectly straight 1989 W124 at a local auction for $500 nearly 8 years ago.
There have been a few things here and there that I've had to repair, some brakes, new struts, a driveling carrier bearing.
There have always been a few odd electrical issues with the car, seat adjusters that intermittently didn't work, one window, the sunroof was hit-or-miss, etc.
Then about a year ago it started having a parasitic draw. We replaced the battery and nothing changed, had to constantly keep a charger on it.
About a month ago I was fiddling around on amazon and bought a fuse kit, some copper grease and a new primary ground cable. I replaced every fuse in the box for less than $7. This entire electrical system has come back alive!
Everything works now. I haven't had to have the charger on the car at all since the ground cable and fuse replacement.

The new replacement Auto Transmission Mount 1242400618 has a bolt on top that goes inside the hole below the output flange/yoke. On my mercedes e320 wagon, due to various issues involving driveline, flexidiscs replacement, etc., this hole is missing. My question is the Transmission case rear...
