looks like impressive stuff the item we should used for auto transmissons is:

Lubrication Engineers - 1150 TRANS-ALL EHP Automatic Transmission Fluid

It states it's dexron II, III compliant.

Well then I guess you can used the stuff you got as GTOs have a T56
transmission which use Dexron II automatic transmission fluid. If it work great for the GTO it should work on your car too.
