Does anyone have first hand experience as a basis to comment or advise?

This appears to be a tough puzzle. The catch is the lower mount bracket, the IP goes on easy if the bracket isn't on the IP , if it is I'm not sure it is possible. With the bracket bolted onto the block first then getting the bolt started connecting the bracket to the IP looks impossible.

Without a better idea I'll try: get a 13mm ratcheting box, bolt the bracket to the engine block, when the ip is in there use the ratcheding box to start the locking bolt.... adding friction by applying pressure on the bolt head/tool with a screwdriver or what have you to get the ratchet action going.
