57 c200 cdi sport auto lights

Hi there folks, hoping someone can help me out, just had a new windscreen fitted and new wiper\ light sensor. Now the dash says that auto lights inoperative. Wondering if its wrong sensor fitted or just needs a reset at mercedes. Any help would be gratefully received.:):)
