Hey well my dumb ass sister took the SL for a drive and ended up smashing about 70 % of the front air dam off. I was wondering how much a new front air dam will cost and how much labor will cost to replace it. Thank You for your help

It's a bolt on process. Performance Benz products sell it. You will need to have it painted.

Or you can paint it yourself. Go to an auto paint supply store with your paint code and they can put it in an aerosol can (s). It cost me $16.00 for a pint of paint then it was $7.50 per aerosol can. One pint makes 4 aerosol cans. The parts...if new...will probably have a black primer on them. Scuff this primer with some red scotchbrite, wipe with appropriate thinner and paint.
