Will the shifter bushings for the 560 SEC also work
for the SLS lever?

I'm having a hard time finding them in the parts diagrams

Mine disintegrated upon adjustment arm removal.

They sell the adjuster arm as one piece, so you can't get the bushings by themselves.

New SLS levers are available from the dealer. I think they're about $30. The W124 version is about $20 but is slightly longer so you'd have to trim the threaded rod or just use your old one with the new W124 end links.
