To those of you who have had issues with your 4matic systems, what kind of symptoms did you experience. I have a 2004 s500 4matic that whenever I put into reverse I feel a vibration in the undercarriage and some noise. This vibration and noise also occurs at low speeds when I fully turn the steering wheel to the right or left. The car drives perfectly normally otherwise...

Any thoughts?

I had a similar problem with my wife's 2004 E500 4-Matic. Took it to my indy mechanic and he replaced the fluid in the front differential (also drained and filled the rest of the transmission). Took care of the problem.
