Thats a fork lift type steering wheel.

Good thing this thing is an AG use only truck. That thing is pretty ghetto in design. But I bet to hell she works well.

I assume because the steering-wheel is on some type of hydraulic box, its fully hydraulically steered? no manual connection whatsoever?
Yes full hydro 4 lines at the servo, also theres a ram on the front axle as well, he could still be using the steering box depending on the valve.

Yes orbital valve is what I have seen used as well on buggies w/ hydro steering.
