Sounds Pricey

That seems a lot of money for an '84 250k miler
Re: Sounds Pricey

I agree it does sound pricey if it was just the car. I had an 82 several years back and it got hit so I striped it and kept the parts which all fit my current car. So I am looking to sell everything that I have that has to do with the W123 model. For example: the car has less then a year old tires on it. I have at least one extra set of rims with rather new studded snow tires on them and I believe I have a second set of rims totaling 4. I have the euro lights installed. I have the original becker radio plus a upgraded one. I have a second back seat setup, a second wind reflector for the sunroof, new exhaust system, converted AC system. And many other spare parts. Such as blower motors, seat belts, visors, rear lights, a black dashboard, armrests, engine parts, and many other things. So as you can see as much as the car is for sale so are a lot of other things. The perfect person to sell this to would be a mb buff that has a W123 and likes to fix them up. This way they would have a 84 300D and parts to work on it or there other W123’s.
Re: Sounds Pricey

Do you still have the car for sale? Where is it located?
Re: Sounds Pricey

Yes the Car is still 4 sale and is in CT. If you have any question let me know.
Re: Sounds Pricey

where in CT? I'm from wethersfield, and i used to own an 84 300D. I sold it (worst decision ever) 2 yrs ago after I completely restored it. I may be interested.

thanks

Tom
Re: Sounds Pricey

Todd
Would you be intersted in selling some of the parts seperately from the car. I am looking for a few peices of dash trim for my '82 300TDT. My wife & I got the car last June. When we got it the peice on the glove box door was broken. Also, we live in a very humid area of the US. Since we have had it there have been 2 more peices that seem to have warped. Is this common?

Chris
1982 300TDT

It is common for the trim to come loose I think the glue dries out and then it just falls off or bends out.

I would be interested in selling the parts separately so drop me an email on what you're looking for and I will see if I have it.
