Did a quick search on site on 303 fabric guard and found none. Only found 303 protective for dashboard and bumpers. My question is applying the product,(*303 fabric guard) by brush work much better then spraying, with huge over spray problem and a lot of masking needed when spraying on? So is brushing on the way to go? It was also suggested I should apply to the inside, underside of car as well, now that car is in Florida. Please give me your thoughts guys, thanks.

Are you talking about putting it on the soft top? If yes, a foam brush works really well. I generally put one coat on the top every season. Besides keeping it reasonable waterproof (even tho' I never take it out in the rain) it also helps it maintain the "new" look. And maybe it will ultimately help its longevity too.
