I've gotten 500 miles on 60% (400 miles) highway and 40% (100 miles) city, with AC. I think I loaded 18 or 19 gallons that time, around 26-28MPG. If I ran it down to completely empty I'd go 560 miles at 28MPG and 20 gallons of diesel (the most I've put in, which was not yet empty but was showing signs it's almost empty).

On my trip to Anchorage two weeks ago, mine returned 27.4mpg. This was mostly highway driving (55-65mph) with a couple of mountain passes in between.

I drive 560 to 700 miles a week. I fill up at around 420 miles per tank. I have gone 490 when I changed out the tank screen. Then drained out about 2.5 gallons. I average 25 mpg, 95% highway.

I average 430-450 between fillups, and I always fill up at 1/4 tank... but I took it on a 260 mile round trip road trip this past weekend and I'm at half a tank now with 380 miles... so I'm expecting to get closer to 500 on this tank!

In my 83 300D Turbo I'm getting 550 miles out of a tank...could probably get more out of it but haven't run it dry yet...one of these days I'm going to fill it and bring along a gas can so I can see exactly what I'm getting out of my 20 gallon tank...
