Wow what a steal!
I wish I lived closer to check it out. I would suggest you test the alternator, you can do so for free at any local Advanced AutoParts or AutoZone store. It could be whats straining your battery. It could also be the regulator, which is only a $10-$20 part. Its a good idea to know the reasoning behind it needing a jump, so you can inform potential buyers. A new/refurbished alternator is around $100-$150. Either way it should be an inexpensive fix that you (or the buyer) can do themselves. I'm actually putting in a new alternator tomorrow. I just bought a 65amp alternator for $138 from Advanced AutoParts. The 123's require a 55amp or a 65amp. If you have power doors/seats, power windows/sunroof, a WVO kit, a serious sound system or anything else requiring a higher amount of electricity a 65amp alternator is recommended.
Goodluck!
