My '69 280s will not pull off high idle. In fact, as soon as it starts, it goes right to full throttle. I have checked all linkages and vacuum hoses. Everything seems to be free and attached. Chock pulloffs and dashpot were rebuilt within the last year. The carbs are zenith 35/40 INAT (I believe). These carburetors are above my pay grade. Anybody have any simple suggestions?<br> BTW...if anyone is interested this is a very solid and sharp looking 108 and a great platform for a show winning resto. It's located in North FLorida and is for sale.
