For some time my central locking and driver seat do not work, is their a simple way of fixing this? Would the locks need lubricating or have the tubes crackecked with age. Also my back window on one side will only go down half way any ideas. Also problems with electric sunroof very tempermental is there a simple way of lubricating it.

The pipes are not necessarily cracked but the fluid may need replacing.
As for the back window it has happened to me and I had to replace the whole mechanism.
As for the sunroof there is no simple way of lubricating it you need to take it all out and de-gunk it, which is not expensive but it is time consuming.
Regards
Mark Hobbs

Re: window regulator

Replace the whole mechanism. I just rolled mine up and left them there. A new mechanism is about 125 dollars. Try www.mercedessource.com.

I also ran across this website, but I havent done any research into it yet.
http://www.mymercedesparts.com/cranks2.htm

Austin
