Hello all,

I am having difficultly resetting my oil light after I changed the oil Seems to not work for me.

I have the push button start. I push the button once without my foot on the brake. I then select the left arrow, the press and hold the call button, then press and hold the OK button. I never get to the ASSYT screen.

What am I doing wrong?

Welcome to the forum! Please fill out your profile and add your vehicle info so we know what you are driving. Many times the answer to a question is model/year/engine specific.

Assuming you have option 442 (comfort multi-function steering wheel), the WIS instructions are attached. Step one is important and often overlooked. Make sure the door is closed! 馃構 You also must start the button sequence from the "Total Distance" screen.

Thank you, this is most helpful. Seems the videos I watched, did not mentions hitting the OK button after highlighting "Trip".
