I know that Mercedes doesn't sell the factory service manual for the 2014 manual. I have tried alldata and the details for the GLK seem lacking.

Any suggestions for a service manual? Has anyone tried one of the service manual DVDs on ebay?

Thanks

Mercedes doesn't make or produce a service manual, they use a software based system they call "WIS" (Workshop Information System). You plug in the VIN, and can retrieve all the procedures for any MB vehicle. It isn't for sale, but with some sluething you can find the install ISO's in some of the "gray" areas of the internet. It's absolutely invaluable if you work on your own cars and is exactly the same info they use in the MB service department. The same goes for it's companion program EPC (electronic parts catalog). Also invaluable!
