So can anyone help me with this? While im waiting on my shipped car to get here I have been researching and it seems the car I picked didnt come with siriusXM. Can i just add 10-17 Mercedes W204 C300 CLS550 Sirius Satellite Radio Receiver 2128705689 OEM ? If so where would it be located?

Is your new car a 10-17 Mercedes W204 C300 ? if so then yes, but if its a actual new car, then no

From my googling its a aftermarket accessory anyway, so you will need the full kit to install into another car, most of the time these units are located under the plastic section that is between the two rear wheel wells in the boot / trunk, nut can be mounted under the seat or dash somewhere.
