ML owners,

I am looking for recommendation for cargo/pet barriers. I don't have a pet but main purpose is to avoid things from flying into the passenger compartments in case of sudden stop or accident. Any recommendation of brands, metal or soft mesh? First priority is secure and safe, second priority is easy to install. Of course I will try avoid loading the cargo area with too much stuff and cover the cargo area with the retractable cover, but in rare occasion that I want to move a lot of stuff I want a 'secondary defense'.

Have you not got the mesh net that came standard with the car?

It is stored next to the spare tyre.

It hooks into the slots in the roof just behind either the front seats or the rear seats and ties down to the tie down rings.

I know in north america its not included with the car, but it is available from the dealership
