The Tuner/Amplifier is one unit, and is located on the driver's side in the trunk and is mounted behind the trunk liner. You will need to remove the carpet on the left side and you can access it easily. The actual unit is mounted to a bracket and the bracket is bolted to the vehicle. Remove the two wiring harnesses and fiber optic connector and coaxial connectors, and remove the bolts holding the bracket to the vehicle. The wiring is generally secured to the bracket using wire ties, so they may need to be cut and replaced if you wish to remove the unit with the bracket attached, then you can easily unbolt the bracket from the tuner with three or four nuts.
