click on your icon----> click on Account Settings---->
goto Account Details----> add vehicle details---->
ADD your make model YEAR ----> click save

I don't know. I was told by Mercedes-Benz dealer, that the radio needed to be replaced. I have no idea which unit it is.

Everything on the dash works, except that the radio needle doesn't move, there are no station numbers visible and there's no sound. I tried using the navigation, and there's no sound.

Welcome and sorry to hear of radio troubles. Unfortunately in s550 “it’s not your Dads radio “ meaning radio is integrated very tightly to all things you see in your display and can control with buttons and knobs and voice. Tel, cd , aux, nav, phone, are they working on the screen and with control buttons? is it just radio malfunction? Be prepared for a dealer quote to replace your command system. Bring big wallet.
