2008 C63 wheels fit on a 2008 C 350

I have the opportunity to purchase a set of C63 5 spokes, replacing my factory 17" on a 2008 C350. I noticed the offsets are different. Does anyone know whether the C63 wheels will fit without rubbing, etc.
