2006 E350 - Sunglass/Cell Phone Pop Out Drawer

Hi folks - my vehicle was broken into last night....I keep change in my sunglass/cell phone pop out drawer (beside glove box). The thief ripped out my whole drawer and took it with them...so now I have an empty space. Any idea where I can get a replacement???

Would you two gentlemen please post the instruction how to remove the housing(diagram 20)? my was stuck due to the credit card accidentally side inside the box.
