I have replaced the bulb and checked fuses and low beam light on passenger side still wont work. I replaced my xenon bulb 2 months ago and it went out a week ago. Any ideas on what else I can check.

Where did you get the bulbs? Are they real or fakes? If they're $10 ones on eBay, they're fakes and probably why they blew early. Otherwise it's probably the ballast. You can check that by swapping the bulbs from one side to the other. If the left is still out, you probably need to replace the ballast.

Then it's probably real. Even Amazon has trouble with fakes occasionally. Swap the bulbs and see if it works on the other side. The ballast is cheaper than the entire assembly. You can also get used ones on eBay.

Just took the car to be looked at and it's the wiring. But the shop I took it to doesn't have the equipment to fix the wiring. Has anyone had the wiring fixed and know how much it will cost for a Mercedes benz shop to fix it. I'm between an hour or two to the closest one

Pull the cap off the rear of the assembly, unplug the bulb from the reflector tube and pull the bulb with the wiring out from the rear so you can get a good look at the wiring harness. A common issue with W211 is the high degradation rate of the wiring because it used to Green eco wiring, or something. So, it gets brittle within a certain time and turns to dust and there will be no shielding between the two sides. When the two touch, the power is diverted and hence no power to the bulb.

You can temporarily, maybe even longer, fix this with electrical tape and wrapping the two wires individually.

For a more permanent solution, there is liquid electrical tape which is applied by brush over the wire as insulation replacement. The wiring harness can also be replaced with some diligence. Both complete harness and the bulb receptor with just the tails are available.

Headlight Wire Harness:

Available at Walmart.

OP has HID headlights. This wiring kit will not work.
