Looking at a used S430 with 65K miles. Car is listed for $21,500. I had an 06 C280 4-matic but it was wrecked by my daughter. I don't know much about the S class - any issues or things to be aware of ? would appreciate some advice.

Price is good for a good condition at that mileage.
