Does anyone know if replacing the stock airfilter with a K&N will result in any performance gains?

Be careful - your MAS is right behind the filter - attached to the air box...too much oil can make a MAS MAD....

Yes. You dont get anything for a filter.

i put K&N filters on all of my cars...

Improved airflow can increase T/HP. It's a matter of how much can you pump (Torque) and how fast (HP). A filter can allow the engine to run better, and make more power.
