I have been pondering for a year if it is worth keeping it as I am not a mechanic and have no knowledge about cars. Have gotten a few trade values, but every time I always decided to keep it longer as I love this car. It is in a fair condition and has been well maintained. My mechanic says I can run this car up to 200000 miles.

Is it worth keeping it?

What trade in values are you getting? If you have been maintaining it properly, I would keep driving your w210. I am assuming there are no structural rust issues and that by maintenance, you are including filter changes, oil changes, etc. Monthly car payments add up in a hurry. If you look at the cost over a year versus the possibility of major repair during that time, my bet would be that your w210 is the cheaper and better option.
