I know for fact it's not battery, starter, or alternator if it's not those then what can it be? Fuses? Does anyone have a fuse chart for this model? Also before it didn't start sometimes I would have to jump it to get it going if I didn't drive it for awhile. Feels like something is constantly running when car is off. Any help would be greatly appreciated !!

Does the engine crank or turn over when you turn the key?
You say you had to jump it sometimes if you had not driven it for a while,,,,to me that sounds like a weak battery.

Here's a fuse diagram:

Benzbits: W203 Fuses

It's for the W203, but it's essentially the same for your car.

I would ask, though, how are you sure it's not the battery? Oh wait, I see you mention maybe it's a current drain. I'd get a clam-on ammeter and check drain while pulling fuses to see which circuit is the culprit. Common ones are the power seat modules and the overhead control panel.
