I have done the following:
Change the fuel cap and nothing.
Installed a new Charcoal canister and nothing
Installed purge valve and nothing
It passed the smoke test and the codes come back after a few miles. I checked the fuel neck and no smell or leaks.
Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks

If fuel tank pressure sensor is stuck you will get fault P0455 even if there are no leaks.
