Hey all,

I am getting the G320 16" rims for the BFG AT KO's. So, i am selling my 2004 rims (offset 43)...all 5 of them. One is in perfect condition (spare, never used). The others have scratches and one has a tiny chip in it. All are perfectly round on the RoadForce balance machine. The scratches can be fixed at any shop.

Anyway, i will probably let them go for $1000. The buyer pays for shipping.

Respond to this post or PM me.

what size at/ko's are you getting? 245/75r16 or 265/70r16? Those are stock sizes equal to the oem 18's.

Did you ever describe what kind of ESP problems you had with the nitto's?

I will be getting 265/70/16 KO's. This is good enough for me.

ESP lights would go off quite readily with every semi-aggressive cornering. No big deal, but i am quite anal about these things. I don't want to mess around with electronics too much. I heard that MB can reprogram your computer to avoid this...but i don't trust my dealer enough.

Which ones are those? Do you have a stock pic or can you point it out on Harald's page? [:)]

i think tirerack has had good sales on the Goodyear MTR in size 245/75r16... something to think about...

Actually i was gonna go with the hercules terra trac MT because i keep seeing them up in the mountains (snowy areas) but i think i might get the Dunlop Radial Rover RT because although they have wide spaced lugs at the outside, they have pretty tight tread down the centerline for highway cruising.

Will the 04s fit a 91 300GE w/out spacer?
I THINK that you do need a spacer...but i am not 100% sure.

the et43 18's rims fit all trucks of all years... from 1990 to current the trucks are/were sold worldwide (except in america after 2002) with et63 rims. From 1979 to 1989 the 460 series trucks were sold with et37 rims. The slight decrease increase in offset to et43 doesn't appear to be a problem on the 460 truck, and comsetically works out becuase the rims are 7.5 inches wide and usually carry 265 series tires.

Somebody correct me if 460 series trucks from 1979 to 1989 were ever sold with anything but et37? Brabus, amg, and aftermarketers obviously sold varios reduced offset versions in relation to all years.

If you already have factory 15" or 16" alloys for the truck, i would say getting 18's is a pretty poor decision as far as ride quality is concerned, but $800 sure beats the hell out of new prices if you really wanna change rims.

Thanks ewalberg for the info. Anyone still interested?? $800 includes rims and Yoko tires. 4 out of 5 tires have 17,000 miles. 1 out of 5 (spare) has never been used.
