I have a 2002 Mercedes Benz C320 and need help with this battery drain. It was working fine and all the sudden the battery died. I put a new battery in and ever since the drain started. I took it to a repair shop last week and what they diagnosed is that the battery clamps had to be put on there tight, because i guess if they are a little loose they trigger the modules to turn on and off and it would cause the battery drain......they unplugged the battery for half an hour and plugged it in the right way and did the test, and it had the right voltage of i think like .4 AMPS which is normal....with that said...... two days later.....battery drained again...any ideas suggestions / ideas? thank you

edit: i unplugged the seat modules and that is not the problem.

Maybe you could get a dealer to shorten the time the lights stay on after you lock the vehicle in the night time. They default to 30 seconds, which might be a bit of a drain. I'm going to have that done on my 2003...
