My 2002 A190 has been making the same noise as the one in the video.

I unfortunately don't understand a single word of German so it wasnt much help.

Is it actually the cam chain tensioner or is it a belt? The video didn't really show a after shot to show if it was fixed or not.

Oh my I had the same.

It was the tensioner and the timing chain.

Fixed a while ago. You don't have to drop the engine.
You can drop the chain down the back and wind it around to fit it.
