For sale 2002 CLK55 AMG. 2nd owner 66,000 miles silver/ blk leather. euro turn signals, flat hood badge. new tires. Tint. Body and interor in good condition. Just serviced last month. I purchased in Dec.06 with 58000 miles. Reason its for sale is I do too much driving for work to have this nice of a car. The only thing that has happened to the car since Ive had it is a parking block pulled the front bumper off, but has been repaired. Asking $25,000obo.

Hey, what car did you come from and what do you plan on getting next? Just curious.

8k miles in 4 months is impressive. I drive quite a bit as well but not nearly as much as you. Getting rid of the car after 4 months though? Sounds like you may take a bath when you get rid of it. I wouldn't feel terrible putting a lot of miles on it since these cars (the coupes in particular) don't hold their value particularly well anyways. They also seem relatively reliable (just small problems) and get decent gas mileage on the hwy (I get around 24-25).

I came from a 528i BMW but not sure what Ill end up with when this sales. Ya on the reliable end in my opinion these cars are the best. I always wanted this car its a shame I can t afford to just park it and buy something else. Do you think Im asking too much?

Nah, just start it at that price and see if there's any interest, this is assuming you have time to sell it. If no one calls then just start lowering it $1000 at a time. Be ready as it may take you a couple of months or longer to get what you want for it.

Frankly, you may do just as well trading it in if your asking price starts getting too low. Don't forget you'll get a tax credit when you trade it in.

Good luck.

What brand tires? I like the aggressive tread pattern.

Also, your car has an aftermarket spoiler which I must say doesn't look too shabby. Does anyone know if those spoilers actually improve handling at speed?

The tires are Falkons I think, They have to be the cheapest tire the seller could find. Like I said Ive only had the car 5mths. If I were going to keep it or in someone elses case, buy it. I would have put some staggard 19" s on it. Something with a 2.5 or 3" lip tucked under in the back, perhaps a black wheel with a chrome lip, but opions vary. Thanks for the comments tho, I think the spoiler dresses it up a bit.
