Checked E-Bay found rims size 8.5x18 specks on my car is 8x18 will this cause a problem if I buy them ?

 

This is my CL 500 will be 25 years old in September for entry into the USA she has only 3200 genuine Miles

 

My CL 500 was delivered in Germany from Mercedes drove it to London then shipped it to Jamaica where it was driven just for the pleasure of driving. Once I noticed the left side of the car had dropped, brought the Mercedes Tech to Jamaica he diagnosed the problem, shipped the parts then came back serviced the car and suspension, never had problem since this was about three years ago. As soon as the car gets here I need to change the headlights they dip in the opposite direction, change the radio and music system, replace the motor that wind the rear glass screen, and change the two front sun visors. The car still smell new on the inside with all horses galloping at full speed Ahead. My work horse BMW X5 can be seen parked beside it.

 

Can anyone point me to a scrapped CL500 where I can get the headlights, a motor for the rear glass screen and the two sun visors hopefully matching the interior of my car. Was thinking of changing the rims but may just leave them as is. One mistake I made (I think) was fitting a new set of tires I believe the rear tires are a size either bigger/wider than the front. Can anyone guide me on this. I had changed the tires for safety reasons as the car still had on the original set from Mercedes.
