OK guys ive had this car for about 4 months and its had this problem since i bought it.. when i go to start it it sometimes doesnt start on the 1st try, what it sounds like is that the starter starts to spin but then it stops(makes maybe one revolution if that) so i gotta try it again..it always starts but sometimes it takes 2 or 3 tries, and other times it starts right away..so im guessing its the starter but just wanted to get your opinion. also if it is the starter is it possible to change that at home? i cant even see where it is...thanxs-guys

It may be the CPS (crank shaft position sensor). Later it will cause your car to turn off, or difficulty turning on when the engine is warm.

Plus two on the CPS, at least that is the most obvious and inexpensive thing to swap out. You can follow the DIY stickies in the 210 forum, same location and process to change.

Take care and enjoy the ride,
Greg
