I have the above car that seems to have intermitant electrical issues. It sometime takes several minutes after starting for the turn signals, radio, etc to begin working. then all is fine.

I had a new battery installed about 2 months ago that is when these issues started.

can anyone help?

Sounds like connections. Start at the battery and work back. Move everything and make sure all connections are tight. If the problem seemed to start with the new battery, I don't see what else it could be.
