The steering column combination switch assembly needs replaced. Is this too difficult to DIY? If not, does anyone have detailed step by step instructions on how to so?
Thank you

Not a hard column to remove. Make sure the steering wheel is straight. take off the airbag and then the center bolt holding the steering wheel to the column. Go under the vehicle and disconnect the column from the rack. Ensure the rack is in approximately the center position. Remove plastic trim under drivers side dash, remove instrument cluster. remove combination switch (turn signals etc). Disconnect all electrical connectors. unbolt steering column and pull out of vehicle. The only problem you may run into is if your replacing the entire column you will have to switch over your igntion lock. A special tool is required to switch it over.

Removing the column is not required to replace just the combination switch. Hopefully you didnt pull the complete column.

Your right, I misread the original post. I thought he was replacing the steering angle sensor which is a complete column.
