Remember there are two locations for your fuses. One in the engine compartment and one in the trunk. The attached may be newer than your car's age. Hope they help.

I've been looking for these two fuse locations for my 97 sl320. Thx. I can't locate the fuse for the 3rd brake light. I was told it's most likely a fuse than the led"s...can you help me out with this? Thank you!

Fuse #10 should be for Stop lamps (as well as for many other things)
