Greetings Benz Family,
Just bought a non running 1997 E300D, and need help to get it running. Added an electric booster fuel pump to help lift the fuel to the injector pump. Engine cranks, no fuel to injectors from pump, is there an air bleed screw on the pump to bleed air? Does the crank position sensor have anything to do with the injector pump? Can the fuel shut off valve prevent fuel to go to the injectors? Is there a process of testing the crank angle sensor? Did a basic obd2 scan and got P1367 and P0181
Any leads are appreciated, if anyone is in the Orlando area maybe we can linkup.

Those engines have very powerful prime pump, so no bleeder.
But they also have a maze of plastic fuel lines, who like to deteriorate every ca 10 years and need to be replaced.
Seek parts numbers in stickies of W210 section.
What helps a lot in priming is topping off the tank.. all the way up to the neck.
