That's a nice blue. There is one here in the same colour I have my eye on. I've only come across one rebadged car so far, but I'm beginning to think 'fully optioned' is code for 'includes spare tyre'.

Is that $1000 the expected price? Something similar would be around the $8000 mark here in Oz.

Dang, even looks to have the adjuster for the HID headlights! I've still never seen a model with those in real life. It appears to be all there, just needs a bit of TLC from the pics.

Yeah man payed $500 New Zealand dollars for it haha. Taken a gamble but it could come in handy for parts keen on the clear corner lights.

You did see it had 395km on the clock?? i have a spare motor though so fingers crossed i can flick it off maybe and make a quick $$

I think if the body is clean you could keep driving it! Friend of mine had a 300E with the previous inline 6 that went over 420,000 miles (650,000ish km). Granted, by that point it was a super ultra rustbucket, but that's what salted roads will do.

At 395km's you'd think it had been maintained to a reasonable standard - if not it would have been dead about 100k ago...

Haha, there are a few of them here in Auckland being used as taxis too lol.

Actually I thought some of your taxis were OK in the US - I took a Ford Mercury of some description to the airport. Lots of room and a bit of wood and leather, wasn't too bad. But better than the van we took to go to dinner which shuddered whenever the guy put the breaks on!
