I recently got a 1994 S500 as a gift from my grandfather but the check engine light is on. I took it to a shop and told me it was the MAF. So i replace it and it came back on. This time i took matter into my owns. I tested it using the led and i got code 9 (Right intake air temperature sensor, circuit open or circuit short) and i was wondering were is this located?? any pics would help thanks :)

thanks :), yeah its a V8 engine. Now do any of u happen to know the part number so i can purchase it??
Hmm, I`m kind of confused right now, but I think that the early edition
of M119, uses LH-Jetronic, and there, the sensor sits in the air
cleaner housing, whereas in the later one, it is integrated into the MAF housing?
(the item location I gave you, is for the later one, I think...)

If you run your VIN here;
Mercedes-Benz Club Russia | Mercedes-Benz / VIN

you can find out, if you have the M119.970 or M119.980.

I have not found the part for M119.980, where it is integrated into the
MAF, but for M119.970, it should be this one;
Êàòàëîã
part 53, A0095426817
