I can just hear the young lions going off on the factory rims, the lower cladding color and the high stance. But the thing is, the car was made and targeted for my generation, not theirs. Can they 'improve' the car and make it look/ride better....that's subjective.

Lamest YouTube videos ever! This channel shows some nice cars, but they aren’t videos, but pictures that show resizing pictures along with some lame music. Let me save some people some time.

I didn’t notice anything special on the exterior.

Nice car. What I wouldn't give for a ride - or a duel with an unsuspecting M5 owner. Was that 6.0 wearing a wee bit more negative camber? How about that little display between the seat heater switchgear? Was that a euro option and what does it manage?

That was the optional Webasto cabin heater control panel. It essentially allows to you to keep heat in the cabin after the engine has been shut off. I have the enhanced version of it on my W140 and it even comes with a MB branded palm sized remote control (very James Bond looking) with a green button that allows you to turn on the cabin heat remotely from up to 1km away without needing engine to start the engine.

Very cool option (no pun intended) Thanks Steve.

hah, I had a Webasto or similar heater in my 1968 VW 'baja bug'.... burned gasoline, and got hot enough to melt your sneakers.

when I scrapped that car due to it falling apart from 15 years of abuse, the guy who bought it pulled the heater and installed it in his VW van camper, and the car chassis ended up on blocks in his rural back yard with a belt off one rear wheel running a water pump. i ran into him about 5 years later, he said that nearly-blown motor was /still/ chugging along at idle running the pump.
