Does anyone know where I can find or purchase a timing chain guide? Or what the cost would be? Also, the trans won't shift. I've heard it would be a trans governor, but if that is it what price I'm lookin at that? Wanna drive my car again, but need to be pointed in the right direction so I'm not wasting money on parts and still not having the issue fixed.

I see that you are in the Cincinatti area. Look up Precision Motorcars over near Merimont. Tyler will get you parts, service, or whatever you need.

I'm having my 190D in the shop next week to fix the speedometer, precision motors wants $330 to fix it. So having that been said I may need to fix the 190E myself. Where is the trans gov valve? On the front of my trans, there SOULD be a a plate cover, like a dust plate, but there is not. The spot is there, but you can see the torque converter.
