Evening all, I'm putting up for sale a 560SEL. All seems good according to the mechanic apart from two things. The front suspension won't come up when the knob next to the light switch is pulled and the idle sits at 1600RPM once warmed up. When cold it's fine. From what I know of Merc's it's a standard model but from memory here's a rundown - electric windows, cruise control, eletric seats inc two memory positions; 17" AMG wheels; full leather; heated seats; aircon. Lovely machine to drive but not for me I'm afraid. It was last taxed
and MOT'd four years ago but my mechanic reckons that a fixed suspension pipe and the idle sorted and it's good for the road. It's got 121K miles on the clock. body work is pretty good apart from rust on the offside front wing. Typical prices for road going models seems to £2500 so I'm looking for £1200 ONO. Happy to answer any questions so please drop me a message.
